Astemo to relocate headquarters to TOFROM YAESU in Tokyo
Strengthening its growth base to lead in the SDV age

Tokyo, April 1, 2025 --- Astemo, Ltd. (hereafter “Astemo”) will relocate its headquarters to TOFROM YAESU TOWER in TOFROM YAESU—a large-scale multiplex redevelopment area in Yaesu (Chuo ward, Tokyo) that is a National Strategic Special Zone project—to strengthen its growth base and lead the SDV age. Scheduled for completion in 2026, TOFROM YAESU will be directly connected to Tokyo Station and include offices, medical facilities, bus terminals and commercial facilities. As befitting a gateway to the international city of Tokyo, the complex’s redevelopment is underway with the aim of strengthening urban functions and improving international competitiveness. Astemo will make the move in fall of 2026, looking to achieve further growth as a global mega-supplier.

Astemo's new headquarters office in TOFROM YAESU TOWER will have an open design and feature a variety of spaces, including concentration areas, collaboration areas and café areas. This will enable employees to use the most suitable space for their work, whether for individual concentration or team discussions, while also creating an environment that encourages spontaneous interactions and communication. As a result, innovation, agility, and collaboration will be further promoted, and further improve productivity and creativity.

The main theme of TOFROM YAESU TOWER is “well-being,” which was one of the deciding factors in the selection of the office.
