Astemo Cypremos and HCLTech to form business alliance providing SDV engineering solutions

Tokyo, July 9, 2025 – Astemo Cypremos, Ltd. (hereafter “Cypremos”), a subsidiary of Astemo, Ltd. (hereafter “Astemo”) specializing in software and cloud services, signed a basic agreement to provide SDV^*1 solutions with HCLTech, a global provider of cloud and AI-powered solutions headquartered in Noida, India.

  IoV: Internet of Vehicles

Since its establishment in November last year, Cypremos has been working to provide solutions that improve engineering efficiency and speed, in response to the increasingly complicated software requirements that arise with automotive industry advances in autonomous driving and electrification. Specifically, Cypremos has built an IoV^*2 platform and launched initial versions of functions such as data analysis, development support through digital twins, and simulators.

To further accelerate this initiative, Cypremos has entered into a business partnership with HCLTech, which specializes in providing cloud solutions. This will enable Cypremos to use a tool that supports smooth migration to the cloud and integration between clouds, as well as a tool to optimize the design, development, and testing processes through a unified user interface. Furthermore, it has agreed to jointly develop unique SDV solutions, leveraging a generative AI platform that supports improved software development productivity, quality, and speed.

Main initiatives under this partnership
・Integrate Cypremos's engineering cloud components with users' existing apps to achieve a consistent user experience.
・Support smooth migration between cloud services when moving from existing to new cloud environments, thereby optimizing development and operations, and further enhancing functionality.
・Provide various tools to support the streamlining and enhancement of cloud-based engineering.
